1. How do I contact Staff?

    If I have an issue with a Donation, who and how do I contact the correct people? I tried to submit a support ticket but I can only choose ban appeal on the support list, I'm not banned so I don't need that. I made a donation, it went through on my bank but the coins haven't showed up on my account.

  2. Wait 2 more days, if you do not get any coins send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
    Warmane account name
    Method of donation
    Email on the payment processor account
    TransactionID / OrderID
    Amount donated
    Date of donation
