[ANSWERED]Game Masters - Unavailable.

When will the server have active game masters? I have been waiting for a long time with my ticket and there is nobody to respond. It is like this forever now. On my previous tickets i've got replies after 20+hrs when i was offline. I would like the server to put actual Game Masters on the realms , atleast the ones which are heavily populated. Please guys.

So after a few hours i logged on to check if my ticket got some response,

That is the screenshot of when i was tired of waiting and the stopwatch isn't accurate as i started it 10-20 mins after i made the ticket. Keep note of the time on the map.

After i log back on in 3 hours more the ticket is still unanswered.

Back when the server was Molten-Wow the gm's did answer tickets , took a couple of hours but did answer and resolve the issue. I have made around 2-3 tickets since warmane took over and have only got response once which said "please report that in the bug tracker" and wait for months for it to be resolved. I expected more from the staff guys.
