WotLK What is this constant lag?

This is getting beyond a joke. A few days prior to this, I was playing with 1-2k ms, and a ton of people in my guild were experiencing the same issue. I do not understand why you aren't fixing this? It's been days and the servers have been laggier than ever on Icecrown. I've done speedtest after speedtest and my download/upload are fine, and almost everyone I ask is exepriencing the same issue aswell. I really don't understand it, please fix your servers. I'm on "40 ms" currently yet I'm playing with a 1-2 second delay

if i say myself i have lag and it is more than 8sec "literally"
and it get worse in bg it is more than 20 sec
