I have been in dangerous, and post in a chat a link to diffrent site and got ban, but i didnt advertasting anything, it was missclick

Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Advertising.

I have the same problem ... i am still able to log in game but on the website i am unable to do anything ... can we get more details about this?

That happens when someone else has been using that IP for advertising. Usually happens when using a VPN. If it is still there when not using VPN (or after changing IP, if you have not been using VPN), you can contact [email protected] to get it fixed.

The banned ip is not even mine so i think the account was hacked, advertise somewhere and then got banned ... thanks for the email provided for support but i think it's a pain in the bottom side to send an email to gain support instead of a website system where you can do that ( even if you are banned).

If you can log in game but not on website then it's not your account that is banned but just the IP. It's possible that someone used the account from that IP but did not get the account itself banned. Normally support on website is available while banned but they have disabled it for some types of bans. So email is the only option unless you have another premium account to send a support ticket from.

Just wana say got same issue here. Have ip ban can log in normally. The ip is not in the range of any that I should be displaying. I'm really confused about this.
