WotLK Raid Locked | Unable to Join VOA

so i did a 25 raid type { VOA ] and i got my ID Locked to that raid which is a normal thing, but when i tried to join a 10 Raid type [ VOA] it didn't allow me as if i have played it before {Which is the weird thing...}

no matter what...changing difficulty didn't fix anything as well, so i hope for a soon fix for this because it seems that i am the only one suffering from that.. :/

Just putting this here cuz your description is slightly ambiguous. When you have an ID lock on an instance, you can still enter it, but you won't be able to see the others in it.
When there are 15 minutes or less until the Wintergrasp battle of if the battle is over and Horde has control of the fortress, you cannot enter the instance at all. That's the point of the WG battle, to determine which action has access to VoA.
