Item dissappeared help

Hello i have bought Tome of Cold Weather flying on one of my character and sent it to my lower lvl char with gold, but all i received was just the gold, can somebody help me?? Thank you in advance

Level 77 is the requirement, but it still should of been in the mail, maybe check the original character it was sent from , sometime if latency is high the mail may take longer then normal, or was returned.

check your inventory on both characters. if its not there and it doesn't randomly show up in the mail than it's lost. and before you ask, warmane doesn't replace items lost due to bugs.
