Dear GM
im (jifei001）my web account got ban nowadays reason is （Your IP Address (192.111.132.0) has been suspended for due to Advertising）
I couldn 't buy equipment in the mall.
i never did it i dont know why i got ban from this reason
i am a chinese player and in our country gov not allowed us serach almost all foreign websites so i need use VPN（which can change my ip） log my account.
and i think some people who using same VPN did this illegal . and i got implicate.
Outland is a very good server for sure and im really enjoy playing on it i spent lots of time and energy on my character.so i wont do any illegal stuff putting my account in danger.
