1. [ANSWERED]What would warmane staff do in this case?

Imagine someone queued up 3 accounts and put it on autoloop 3v3 que to feed their real team rating. Pretty bad isn't it? Ban for activity like that for sure!

But what if another completely unrelated and legitimate team decided to queue up at that same time when this fiasco was going on? Would you ban this team as well just because they wanted to do some arenas without realizing what was their appointment going to be like?

According to the Code of Conduct: " Wintrading: Arranged battles in order to profit of its prizes is highly forbidden leading to bans. "
The team that queued without realizing and having completely different IP address should't have been banned. However, this code of conduct rule has't been taken to an account when suspending my brother despite even despite him having video evidence. And yes he did try to appeal. And in response he received a message to read the Code of Conduct, even tho he didn't breach anything from there. So that didn't make much sense.

I am only trying to seek out justice for my brother who played very hard this season and then faced some malicious bots to suffer being kicked out from the ladder without any entitlement for the title.

If that's the case, does it mean that anyone who wants to take out their competition, all they need to do is to set them up against a bot team that will do nothing in arena and then they all going to get suspended?

  2. Tell your brother to make a ban appeal ticket.
