A3 vendors haste.

See many players with neck/ring a3 with haste. Now this gear not price on vendor, GM says that is error and this item should be present only in 2.4.0 patch. But some people buy this when vendor respawn first time. So GM should give an opportunity to buy this to all people or rollback this, right? All players have to be treated equally.

I totally agree with it. It's so freaking annoying to see someone who was not rolled back after restart and still has that subjugation necklace. Either you give every1 opportunity to buy it from vendor, either remove it from everyone. Please.
