Burning Crusade Arenas and what has to be fixed

Sooooo, since it's been a while since server released, do you plan to rebalance and fix the few things that has to be?
Not speaking about little details, but about the core of the game, the things that make arenas viable
Like mages or warriors dmg, or the innumerable resists occuring?

It's not to criticize, but just to know if we should definitely say goodbye to decent pvp, since AT died like years ago and retail will probably never relaunch TBC
or if theres still hope ^^

Is it planned or not? and if yes, do you have any more details?
