I can not donate, it won't authorize my car. I seriously dont know what is the problem, i usually buy stuff from anywhere pretty normaly. Please make me give you my money, queues suck.

On donation window you can see all payment methods that are available for you. Amazon Pay was added recently and you might be able to use your card with it, if that's available for you. Or check if there is a prepaid card like Paysafecard or Mint available.

See if you can buy a pre-paid Credit Card, as these are often available from all sorts of places; Supermarkets, Post Officers, convenience stores.
They work a little bit like a Gift Card, you pay a certain amount for a pre paid card, and you can use it just like a credit card; Except the card is prepaid and only holds a certain number of money in it.
