Doning or Point buying Off-Hands

Hello:

I just want to know if it is posible to buy with coins or points an Off-Hand item for magic users, i habe a pretty decent sword but my Off-Hand its really bad.

Select the realm where your character is
Select the character that you want the item for
Select currency to use (Coins or Points)
Go to Armor
Go to Miscellaneous
Go to Held
You shall now see Off-Hand items that you can buy
