Donation problem(stuck)

Hello, i've tried to donate using the the 'CARD' option, but after entering my card data, and accepting, paymentwall has stuck on 'transaction is being processed'.


I've check my bank account, and the sum has been withdraw from my account, but paymentwall never notified me on the transaction status, and i didn't receve any coins in my account.

What can i do, advice please?

contact paymentwall. nothing warmane can do about it.

I did, they replied that the transaction will be suspended and will not provide any aditional info, they requested to contact the administrators of the site where i made the payment for...please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also they are requesting personal id information, which are not requied for online payments to begin with, and i refuse to send such information or pictures( since they requested pictures)

After throughly inspecting paymentwall logs, i was able to trace the transaction issue to one of their servers myself, my issue was resolved you can close this thread, thank you!
