Pulling The Lurker Below

So hey guys we went into SSC last night for the first time tried to pull Lurker - and we just couldn't fish him up.

Many there remembered in retail that he would be below the platform, visible in the water way down - but we can't see his model there. Is there some trick we're missing?

I'm in there right now fishing and fishing and fishing with a friend with no effect.

I suppose that was our problem we were told we'd only need level 1 - a few of us were above 200 but nobody was 300+
