Donation page locked!

Hello,
I am new in this forum and don't know where to post this.
I tried to donate via by my domestic card which has International transaction enabled, but the transaction was automatically cancelled when the page was taking too long to respond.
Now, I cannot access the donation page at all. There is an anti-fraud warning message popping up which states that my account is blocked.
So now I am unable to donate with other cards too.
Please help me out as I am quite noob in these kind of matters and have been playing since old molten days. :C

It will require you to upload a photo copy of the front and back of your credit card and drivers license, personally I use the subway gift cards less hassel and no fear of having identity theft.
