PLZ help me with my account banned

im (gexin222）my web account got ban nowadays reason is （Your IP Address (172.104.108.0) has been suspended for due to Advertising ）
i never did it i dont know why i got ban from this reason
i am a chinese player and in our country gov not allowed us serach almost all foreign websites so i need use VPN（which can change my ip） log my account.
and i think some people who using same VPN did this illegal . and i got implicate. so plz double check it
warmane is a very good server for sure and im really enjoy playing on it i spent lots of time and energy on my character.so i wont do any illegal stuff putting my account in danger.

My account too, I had to use VPN to download the torrent, and when I created my account, Auto ban. I'm just giving up on this server.

I had the previous account and it was banned too. Now I am using proxy server to watch the warname forum and for a game too. I have mini fineproxy package, https://buy.fineproxy.org/eng/mini.html . It allows me to bypass firewalls and IP ban. +unlimited traffic is a pleasant bonus.
