Items missing in Warmane store, looking to purchase.

Hi,

I am looking to purchase a 70 Shaman, I was looking at this character and it is missing most of its items:

Is this a bug, or is it indeed missing all the gear?

it is not a bug.
His gear must be on bag or bank BUT if you buy you will NOT get his gear as you can read by character's descriptions:
"Inventory is not included".
