Technical High ping/Dcs

I have been having issues with my game today, when I was sitting que I would dc every 10 minutes or so, and when I got into the game I would have 1k+ ping even though my internet is not lagging, and all other games run smoothly. I have checked my internet ping and it was at 6ms. I havent had this issue yesterday.

Your internet service provider does not just connect you to "the internet"! He has to manage all traffic to everywhere - atleast to some central local hubs, like to Amsterdam for connections to the EU or to Japan for connections to Asia etc - and thus has to book traffic volumes on the major internet backbones like sea cable service companies.
So your general local ping may be 6 milliseconds but if your ISP is saving his pennies on the booked volume on the backbone to for example to Amsterdam/EU then your Ping to some EU-server may be 500 ms. You need some background to measure your actual ping right! Try to find out what country your realm's server is and then ping to some standard server like an university in that country with "ping iphere".
