Burning Crusade Tailor skill beyond 300

Not sure if bug, or if iam just stupid
So i just hit 300 in tailoring,
And i was under the impression i had to go talk to Dalinna in Thrallmar to learn Master tailoring.
But there is no master skill to train, i have learned how to make bolt of netherweave cloth, from her. But my tailor skill still says 300/300
Is this a bug where the master skill is missing, or am i missing something?

Edit: turned out to be, me just being stupid. I was expecting it to require level 300 when i only required lvl 275. So i was looking in the wrong place

It also requires a certain character level! Not just the profession level. Many oversee that detail
