Newbie questions regarding Cashshop

Hay guys,
i am just revisting good ol burning crusade and was wondering if this server has a cashshop?

If so can u just buy out straight the best gear for pvp and pve in it?
where do i find it?

Yeah i just found that. but i am not really up2date to the old items and stuff.
Can someone maybe tell me which server beside "medivh" (cant create character there and it will close soon) is the "least Pay2win one?

And can you buy bestinslot stuff on those servers? I mean how impactfull the cashshop is in here :)?
And what version and expansion to pick for "least" amount of cashshop impact?!
Dont wanna bash the server or anything im just looking for information.

at the moment there are 2 Tbc realms: Medivh and Outland

Medivh is x1 rates and NO Cashshop
Outland is x5 exp rate, x1 everythign else WITH Cahshop

Medivh is gonna getting closed soon because too low populated so you will be able to play only on Outland realm

Outland Cashshop currently does NOT provide Bis gear but at one point it will
