Queue timeout

After I waited for the queue, how long do I have the chance to log in again without waiting for it? If I log one time in the morning/afternoon, I can log in at the evening or night without waiting for the queue?

If there even is an immunity to queue, I doubt it's longer than a few minutes, just to make sure of mishaps with server DCs, but even then I kind of doubt that it's implemented.
