Faction change to Alliance for free?

Is it still possible to change faction from Horde to Alliance for free? It say's in "Service" that it costs 0 coins but whenever I try to choose "Select Character" to make my new Alliance race char, nothing pops up as an alternative?

I have no idea if it's still active or not but to do it you need to log into the game, create an alliance character that you will use as the "merge to" character for when you faction change.

For example, you have a Horde Tauren Warrior and you want to transfer to Alliance.

When you change to Alliance you want to be a Gnome Warrior.

You need to log into the game so you're at the character select screen, create a new character and make sure you create a Gnome Warrior with the exact name/look that you want your character to look like after the faction change. Once you've done this, log out.

Now go back to the Warmane site and click on the service to transfer and now on the "Select Character" section you'll be able to choose the Gnome Warrior you just created and your Tauren Warrior will morph into him.
