Technical Very important quest glitched (A change of heart)

The ''continue'' button when changing the ring does nothing. I found out theres a better ring for my spec than mine so i really need to change. I do have enough gold and the ring, ive tried having the ring in my backpack and equipped. Neither deleting my WTF configs or disabling addons has worked. Please help!
