Faction change item issue

Hello, so I bought a faction change from the Horde to the Alliance and the boots I have still are the horde version ones (I mean, equipable for orcs, undead, tauren, blood elf, etc.) and I need the alliance version.

I would like it very much and be very thankful if I could get the alliance version ones, since they were also the 550 prideful ones and they kinda took some work to buy them. I'll post the screenshot with the boots below, thank you.



Character name is Shev and the boots are called Prideful Gladiator's Footguards of Alacrity (alliance ones have the same name). Thanks again.

open a ticket in-game. a GM will help you.

I also recommend you to open a Report on BugTracker about that specific item which does not successfully change after a Faction change

I did open a ticket but the only answer I received was that I should report it on the bugtracker. I want my item back too.
