Lordaeron Lorderon faction change problem

Hello,

I purchased faction change on Lorderon, but i'm struggling because of a race. Let me explain.

The change i'm trying to do is Alliance Gnome DeathKnight -> Horde Tauren Deathknight.

I followed this instruction:
"Faction change is completed through the character selection screen in-game".

But when i'm trying to confirm my changes by clicking accept. I keep getting this message.

"Could not change race for character". No matter what race (orc,troll...etc) i choose the message is still same ? How am I supposed to change faction
when i'm not allowed to change race ?

Can somebody please help me out here ?

Are you sure you have bought "Faction change" and not "race change" ? go here: https://www.warmane.com/account/history > "services" to check

Otherwise might be a problem caused by your WoD models. If you select a new WoD models while creating the appearance of the new chaarcter you might get some problem

I checked that and description says "Faction change", so that's not the problem, also I don't have any WoD models.
