Technical Disconnected at least once an hour if not more often

Hi, I've been playing on the Lordaeron realm for a little while now and I keep getting disconnected. It usually happens about once an hour if not two or three times an hour.

Now this isn't game breaking obviously and I'm really enjoying the server but it is quite inconvenient and if I got into raiding or pvp at higher levels I imagine it would become very frustrating.

I've asked people in my guild and none of them seem to have this issue. My Internet connection isn't dropping out and I've never had this issue on retail in the past.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and of course I'd be happy to provide any additional information.

Edit: Now when I disconnect I am getting the error message 'World Server is down' when I try to enter the world. This happens several times until I go back out to the login screen and login again, which seems to fix it. Not sure if this helps/is related but thought I'd mention it anyway. Could just be something to do with the server lag we're getting today...
