Account hacked, deleted character

Hello,
today at arround 18:25 server time I got dced and my account password was changed . After changing to new password and mail in order to secure account, I entered ingame and my paladin named Bobssy was deleted. Is there a way You can help me with that?
EDIT: It all happened after I opened www.warmane.info link, which was in server announce(lookalike) of giving 100 coins for anniversary. Same thing happened to my friend.

I have very similar problem, someone from IP 78.10.205.196 change password, log to account and steal all gold and items from my friend account.

Character restoration is available on website under services. It's free for 24 hours after character is deleted. If items are missing, you won't get them back unless you bought them with coins.

Nothing in those 2 screenshots looks legit. There is "[GM]" in the text of those messages, which never appears in actual GM messages or server announcements. GMs have Blizzard logo before their name. And server announcements do not have a character name in them. The message in second screenshot is an emote text.

Yes, I am aware of all of this, but as I said if You lack of attention and experience (as I did) emote text does look tricky. Thank You for reply, I managed to restore it with all items. Gold will come over time :) Hope this will help some1 else too.
