Recent Inactivity Purge

I've been away from the game for about a year and a half and I've just gotten the itch to come back, but to my surprise I came back a month too late and now everything is gone. I understand why it was done and I'm not here to whine about it. I just would like to know if my characters can be recovered or if I'm S.O.L. Talk about bad timing!

what did you lose?
They flagged for rename inactice chararcters and deleted ONLY lvl 1-9 inactive character from non-donor accounts

Most importantly, I lost 3 level 80's and a 78+ character. The computer that the game was on is being repaired so I haven't been able to confirm in game, but my characters are not visible through "My Account" on the website which is what leaves me to believe I got caught in the purge.

no, they are flagged for rename. Just log in in-game
As I have told you only lvl 1-9 inactive characters have been deleted ( from non-donor only)

Thank you. I was just able to log on and my Life from chars are still there and one char on IC. I swear I had more characters on IC though. I had to rename the characters and maybe that's why the weren't showing. Thanks.
