Is there a way to enable 1x leveling on outland for a character?

Hey! I am wondering if it's possible to enable 1x leveling for one of my characters on outland. I am a little burned out from the lvl 70 content and would like to level + chill on warmane while still being on my favorite server, Outland.

There is one ingame npc for every side where you can go to and completely stop or restart the experience gain for your character. There is no similar switch option to change the ratio to x1.
