Pandaria I can´t run the pandaria client

Hello, i just started on this server and i wanted to play on the pandaria realm so i downloaded it but when i try tu run de wow.exe this message pops up "Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273-MPQ: World of Warcraft can´t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game on administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"
I´ve already try the administrator mode and nothing, if there is a solution pls tell me, ty.
PD: Also i try de wotlk client and it works, its the pandaria one that gives me this problem
