I have been hacked by keylogger a while ago and still don't know how to get my account back...I spent over 800 pounds on warmane. I was told to contact [email protected] but they didn't help me until the end. Now they just don't even bother replying to me any more..my account is lost and they think I'm trying to scam someone else. I can still prove card payments in time...IP addresses or whatever you want. Thousand screenshots ingame playing? What would I need to do in order to get my stuff back.

I used to play this server for a long time. Way before the data loss. Where I lost a good chunk of playtime..roughly 6 months /played and was refunded 100 coins. I still gave it a second chance now I need molten to help me and they just don't even bother responding to my emails any more. What is there to do
