Missing item

I'm on the cata server and got myself a Queens Garnet from a hc ds run and I wanted to mail it to my alt with JC, but for some reason I never received the mail on said alt. I had typed in the name correctly and was able to send the item, but nothing received, at least not yet. I tried sending another mail and that one worked, but the Garnet is gone. Anyway to recover the lost item? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I received the mail now. It looks like there was some big delay on the transfer. All good now!
