first of all there is no hunter class on human race, why?

this is my first time with wow.

which addons should i download? im having hard time for quest npcs and mobs lol. any addons u suggest for new player?

Human hunters were added in the Cataclysm expansion. If you're a new player, get used to the game without addons before making any UI changes.

and if i play hunter as dark elf when i can met with my friends who playing as human?

Technically you can invite him to party and walk all the way to his zone but you may miss important starting quests.
Try to spend some of the first levels on your initial zone, then meet your friend in a capital city and move on to a zone with similar level to your actual level.

If you don't wanna do that just make another character and pick the same race, you can have multiple characters anyway. Then you can easyly party from level 1.
