[ANSWERED] Unanswered ticket since 2+weeks about serious matter

From one of my characters about 30k gold disappeared (possibly not stolen, and 100% I did not do anything with it)
I reported my problem on Feb 16. to investigate where the gold went.
Since than I did not get any answer.
I guess you waited too much time that some logs were auto-deleted and you can't even investigate about it.
Why are you doing this ? I donated, helped in a lot of bot-bans, write a proper ticket about a problem that i am not responsible of and you cant reply in 3 WEEEEEEEEKS
