Problem with logging in. Help, please.

Hey, my character got deleted by a "friend" to prank me. Sorry I have to bother you with this. I used the restore function --- the character is there, but it says "Login failed" and I can't seem to hop in to the world. Could you help me out? Thanks in advance!

2. Change your pssw so your friend can not "prank" you anymore
