WotLK Choosing a Trinket !

Hey guys, I've got some spare coins left and decided to get a trinket for my Lock. I''m 5.5GS, hit capped and I play both Affli and Demo https://armory.warmane.com/character...ecrown/summary (enjoying both).

Which trinket should I get so that I can benefit on both specs ? I read on some forums that BIS for both Affli and Demo is Phylactery and DFO but I always see everyone playing with CTS and Phyl here on Warmane. Which one would be the best option ?
