Navgiate to your WoW directory where your WoTLK client files are stored, then navgiate to Interface->Addons and put your addon files in this folder; after that the addon interface option will become avaliable in-game.

You need to download them yourself, and place them in your addon-folder.

Just google questhelper in the correct version. You dont really need it tho, since the build-in helper is more than enough.

In addons folder you should have a folder named QuestHelper. And in QuestHelper folder there should be QuestHelper.toc file. You have an extra folder named QuestHelper-5.0.5.267r that should not be there.

Also Quest Helper 5.0.5 is MoP version. You need a version for wotlk patch 3.3.5.
