my younger brother bought 3 wrong items off the store. and it passed 24 hours. I was away from country for work.

and I have donated for 740$ so far. I know that it must be 24 hours and less to be able to exchange or refund.

but I really need your support guys.( first time asking for any kind of assistance)

and I also have problems with spells ranks. it not the correct rank and I cannot learn higher ranks for some reason

You should make a ticket on website login under https://www.warmane.com/account/support and create ticket about your issue.
Other then that, I don't see why you shouldn't receive support.
