WotLK Character Restoration

Hi, I have a character that is level 71 which got removed. I want to get the character back by using the character restoration. However, it seems that the character is not shown there. That my character was not deleted? I do not suppose that level 71 is low to not be shown on the list of deleted characters. ?. The character got deleted 2018-03-11. Any idea what the problem could be?

not sure if this has changed, but it use to be that characters ahd to be within 5 levels of max to be restored. so 65 for tbc, 75 for wotlk etc.

That hasn't changed, and Restoration also only applies to characters manually deleted by the player, not to those that get removed because of an inactivity clean-up.

I've got a question about character restauration too.

I use this service today for my 80 lvl DK. It worked. My DK came back on the character selection screen but, when i try to login, the loading screen finishes, and i come back to the character selection sreen with the message : "Connection failed".

Do you know why ?
What should i do?
