Burning Crusade character bugged

Hi, please I hope you could help me. On my account my character Jednohubka is freezed. When i logged in, it will freez and cant do nothing, cant go into main menu, cant push ESC, all freezed. I must only ctrl+alt+ del and end process. I tryed unstuck on the webside, too i deleted cache. NOTHING HELPS ME. Last thing i was doing: takes quest on Unghoro Crater, making quest The Lost. I accept quest to save Ringo to marshal refuge and freezed it. I tryed to log in on character couple of time but still the same,. I logged in from my brother account and everything is OK, working well. Please try to fix it or transfer my char to next acc or something. Help i am really confused. Thanks a lot
