Technical My game settings are always restarting whenever I am going to play WoW...

So this is happening for way to long and I can't do that more. Whenever I start WoW it's showing me cinematic again and after the cinematic it against show's
Accept terms of use twice and after that i have to make my settings allover again, is that a bug or? please help guys that thing is annoying me..! :/

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".

This is not working for me.

I followed the above steps and no luck. Torrent was downloaded to "Downloads" folder, and moved it to desktop. I uncheck Read Only and all the sub folders. Hit apply and OK. Yet when i click properties again, Read Only is back. It wont save the Unchecked box.

Send help! Cant play on terrible Resolution

P.S. The resolution and game settings arent changing at all. I will change the resolution in the settings and the screen will flash like its changing, but no effect.
