I wrote, I was told in the near future can not remove the ban. I have to wait another 30 days to write again. Is there any way to do it faster? I'm ready to describe the situation, apologize, show screenshots and promise to continue not to do stupid and not considered actions!

If they said that, it means your ban appeal was rejected and they do not want to unban your account. 30 day limit is there to avoid spam and too frequent ban appeals. You are not supposed to use any other method to contact them and avoid the 30 day limitation.
