    [ANSWERED]Donor account issue

    Upon logging in on icecrown. I see all my characters are gone. As far as I know that the purge only goes for lv 1-9 and a rename for donors but all my characters are actually gone instead of just losing a name.

    Go here: https://www.warmane.com/account/services and check if your characters show up under character restoration.
