Burning Crusade Recurent random disconnects

I m facing a major issues right here, every now and then im getting disconnected from the game, sometimes i can play for 2+ hours without facing any problems and suddenly its going to be a nightmare for every 10/15 minutes i eat a random disconnect.
I tried various guides (http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=137840), rebooting router.
Re installing the game
Re installing os...
I tried to record it via a stream, stream never got down when i kept getting disconnects in game; so i definitly dont think it might be my internet!
I tried disabling some addons and keep getting disconnects

Any ideas ? could really use some help there
