[ANSWERED]Suspended account for "ninja" looting

Good day,
My account was suspended for ninja looting in raid.
Wanted to ask, if this your decision was thought through. Because the guy that reported me was Unholy death knight, who rolled for the DBW trinket.
The thing is that he didn't say that he's rolling for Frost dk MS spec. So DBW isn't priority for him and i am not obligated to give it to him.
That's why i want to ask if the suspension of the account for "ninja" looting in raid was the correct decisition ?
