Anyone looking for a guild that is willing to help new members?

We are looking for North American English Speaking players so we can raid and PVP as a group.

Avoiding waiting for random dungeon players and get more done in a shorter amount of time. Most of the officers have 10 years experience in WOW retail including myself.

We just need consistent players who either know what they are doing and want to build a community / family and we are also willing to recruit players that are new who will stick around and are dependable.
