Shamans keep DW after respec

Hi.

Is it a bug that shamans after respecing from enh to ele/resto may keep their OH weapon? I don't recall this from retail and I've seen several players using a weapon in off hand with major benefits due to gem slot and enchants. If this is as I suspect, a bug, I will bring it up in the bug tracker. Cheers.
