My guild vault was be stole

Dear warmane, I don't know what to say but my all items was be gone.
Some one was stole it.
I am from Indonesian but some one was hack me from Russian.
Where is security from warmane???
Can u give me solutions for this.
This 3 times with different account I got hack.
I don't know why? I am not share to everyone.
