Burning Crusade Can’t use chat channels and World has a password

I first thought it was because I wasn’t level 20 yet, then Zi dinhed 10, and I was stikl muted. I just joined this server tonight, if it makes a difference.

Also, World has a password set. Why is this? Can anyone tell me what it is?

you get muted because of Carbonite Addons. you need to disable an option which spamm message to other players

the "channel" with password is still related to Carbonite Addon.

Warmane global channel has no password. Just type /join global

Thanks for the heads up on global! Will join after Inget some much needed sleep.

The thing is, I don’t have Carbonite on this client. Never have, never will. Are there any other popular addond I should check?

weird. The problem you got are exactly what Carbonite for TBC cause ( Getting muted, asking pssw to join a specific channel)
