I saw this lately being a trend,and more and more people doing it.

This is not an issue with multiboxing, which itself is allowed.
It is a problem if a character is not participating the the Battleground in any way, regardless of whether they're a multibox account or not.
You can report that character for AFK'ing in a battleground if you screenshot evidence that the player is merely on follow the whole time (presumably a few screenshots over the course of the battle showing the character following another, with minimal damage done/objectives taken).
That's against the Player Code of Conduct regarding battlegrounds, having nothing to do with multiboxing in and of itself.

I guess safest way is to get recording of them doing it.
